A story of preservation in the face of death, capturing the elegant beauty of insects with an ode to the natural world. Hand-painted backgrounds with hand-selected insects - which draws the eye more is for the viewer to decide.
With a focus on hand-painted gouache flowers related to each insect, each piece is enturely unique and created with care and heavy research. All insects are sustainably sourced and immortalised respectfully.

Clare-Aurora Marshall is the creative mind and individul artist behind all creations under Sunshine Soon.
‘As a 21 year old full-time student, artist and human, Sunshine Soon has been a fullfilling adventure of artistic liberty, expression and community. From creating each piece to carefully packaging and sending frames to excited customers, every part of this job is a dream opportunity.’
Since starting in August 2024, Sunshine Soon has shifted from resin preservation methods to classic specimen framing with hand-designed features. The continuation of this business and the artistry behind it will continue, and aims to inspire others for years to come.
